• Order details — When you place an order, we collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping address to fulfil and support your purchase.
• Audio recordings — When you use the Vylo device and app, audio from your meetings is recorded locally and processed to generate transcripts and summaries.
• Usage data — Basic app usage analytics (session length, feature usage) to improve the product. No personal content is included.

• Your contact details are used only to fulfil your order and send service updates — never sold or shared with third parties.
• Your recordings and transcripts are processed solely to provide you the features you requested (summaries, search, action items). They are not used to train AI models.
• Usage analytics help us understand what's working and fix what isn't.

Your conversations are private. Vylo staff cannot access your recordings or transcripts — not even for support purposes. Your business conversations are never shared, never sold, and never used to train AI systems.

Recording only starts when you choose to start it. You can pause or stop at any time. Nothing is captured without your explicit action. You can delete any recording or transcript at any time from within the app.

Your recordings and transcripts are stored in encrypted form. We use industry-standard security practices. We do not retain data longer than necessary to provide the service.

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data
• Unsubscribe from communications at any time
• Request a copy of your data in portable format
