By purchasing or using Vylo products and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Vylo is an AI-powered meeting recorder. It consists of a wearable hardware device (Vylo Card) and a companion mobile app. The service captures, transcribes, and summarises your meetings to help you recall commitments, decisions, and context.

When you place an order, payment is collected at checkout and your Vylo Card ships to the address you provide. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.

The price of ₹7,999 (Vylo Card hardware + 12 months of Vylo Pro) is the all-inclusive amount charged at checkout. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

We ship across India. Orders typically dispatch within 5–7 business days of payment, with a tracking link sent to your email. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your device by emailing connect@vylo.one.

• You must comply with all applicable laws regarding recording conversations, including obtaining consent from other participants where required by law.
• You are responsible for how you use recordings and transcripts generated by Vylo.
• You must not use Vylo to record conversations in jurisdictions where all-party consent is required without obtaining that consent.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Vylo.

Your recordings, transcripts, and summaries belong to you. Vylo claims no ownership over your content.

The Vylo brand, software, hardware design, and all related materials are owned by Wheelseye Technology India Private Limited and protected by applicable IP laws.

Vylo is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss of data, missed commitments, or business decisions made based on Vylo's AI-generated content. Always verify critical information independently.

You may stop using Vylo at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
